A space with unique potential, the Behind the Scenes Restaurant is still a wrapped jewel. A profound reinterpretation of the old restaurant Dietro Le Quinte is underway, which will also cover the name itself, interrupted only by the new emergencies imposed that postponed the next opening in mid-2021. The restaurant area is unique and exclusive, with an extraordinary garden where potential customers can be accommodated and from which you can admire the Convent of San Francesco in all its splendor. Inside, the slow renovations are giving excellent results in order to obtain rooms and interior spaces suitable for the external spectacle offered by the garden. We do not yet know the name of the chef who will take care of the new “Behind the Scenes”, but we can expect a respectable name to give the right launch to this new restaurant.
